We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must have all original tags attached
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must not be damaged, altered, or washed
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals (grips, strings, etc.)
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
- Intimate wear and undergarments
3. How to Initiate a Return
Go to "My Orders" section on our website
Choose the order containing the item you wish to return
Click on "Return" and select the reason for return
Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your address
Once we receive and verify the product, refund will be processed
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- Online Payments: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days
- UPI Payments: Refund to original UPI ID within 3-5 business days
5. Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for:
- Different size (subject to availability)
- Different color (subject to availability)
- Defective products
To exchange, follow the same process as returns and select "Exchange" option.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos of the damage
- We will arrange free pickup and replacement/refund
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund
After Shipment: Cancellation is not possible. Please accept delivery and initiate a return.
